Basics are extremely simple, you get picked if you do the following:

Don't ask for admin repeatedly, you'd be amazed how many people ask this every day.
Be active on the server, you won't get admin and then become active after that.
Sportive player and don't bite the newbs.
Be mature, nobody wants an admin that goes liek LAWL WTF DUDES NIGGAH IN DAH HOOSE. While age is somewhat important if you are mature it doesn't matter a whole bunch.
