The necessary requirement is that you're active in the community and know whats going on in the community. You can be inactive in-game and still be active on groupchat/forums and thus be accepted as |Cryo|. Those who don't do either are considered inactive and thus removed, furthermore: Zen, Silver, Pete, Eaglas, Lukey have not wore the tag in months.
