Shoutbox went inactive when we all switched to steam groupchat. I'd suggest you use that rather then a shoutbox that nobody used anymore.

the shoutbox and the forum in general has been used less since we started using the group chat. if you really have the need to chat then just join us in the group chat. or atleast inform me you want to be invited to it regulary
