This isn't an application (yet), but i have 2 points i would like to make.

1. Have you seen the number of people with 40h+ playtime. There are 13 of them (not including tony swan), and over half of them are not registered on the forums. I just think that you are limiting your potential applicants a little.

2. Over the 4 days, i have timed the amount of time i played on the ice cave, and the amount of times an admin was present. For over 71.4% of the time (w00t for calculators) i was online, there was no admin present. Surely a server should have admins present at as close to all times as possible? (I am not suggesting that i should be admin, just that more with varied playing times should be acquired)

got a life. (not in a sarcastisc way or how you spell that)
like school, work, exame's (or how the freaking fucking hell you spell it) and got sometimes more things to do.
but yeah like i said you got a point there with the time shizzle thingy.
but i am sure Ned though about it

That's sort of what i mean. I have a life, at school, and its quite likely that there are admins on when i am away. But when i'm playing, you could assume that our current admins are getting on with their lives, so there should be enough admins so that usually there is one on while the others are busy with their lives.

Anyway, that's just my opinion

Do remember that a lot of people have used multiple names in the past. For example if you add the Iced tag it will think its a new name.
But besides that you do got a point. I'm not going to remove it but I will lower it to 20 hours.

About admin activity I'm not sure. I know for a fact that Rocky and Roast are still playing a lot. My own ZM + steam got busted. For some odd reason ZM won't work so I'm reinstalling ZM as well. Currently reinstalling ZM and then getting some custom content. I agree with you though thats its always great to have admins on, not really possible unless there would be more admins.
