Wow, octo. Just wow.

Anyway after playing it some more and specifically on good maps like ttt_fallout (yes it's good), there is no problem with haste. On maps, which are too big or don't have enough cover for the traitors, it sucks. You need more time for those maps because there are not as much places where you can make good kills from.

I've changed my option to Time Share. Though I would like an option for map specific.

Octo, haste mode is where the round starts with 5 minutes on the clock. The traitors get +30 seconds added for every innocent they killed. The added time can only be seen by the traitors though. So the innocents only see the 5 minutes then when that reaches 0 it goes into overtime. Traitors get to see two timers. 1 in white and 1 in red. The white is the time the innocents see and the red is how much time there actually is.

Currently innocents have no idea of knowing how much over time there is after the initial 5 minutes is up but I'd like to see it added than for ever body they identify, 30 seconds of the overtime is revealed to the innocents.

I've grown to like it, but ive not played in like a week and wont be able to for like another week as im at my mums :/

Bad times :(

I didn't even go to bed last night coz i just couldnt be arsed to go up the stairs, figured im not doing owt for a week so why do i need to sleep at night? :P

Ha Ha, nice one :P Yeah, i don't really have much of an opinion on it anymore. I think most people have gotten used to it. I hardly even consider it now, just get on with the job.

The way I see it:

Haste mode on - Moonwulf is traitor - You have to wait 5 mins!
Haste mode off - Moonwulf is traitor - You have to wait 13 mins!

The every IDed body making the real time be revealable is a good idea but how about if a traitor dies then 30 secs is subtracted from the clock? Encourages traitors to be more careful and only rampage if they can kill more than 2 innocents.

Sorry for this fowl act of Necromancy but IMO Haste mode is great on certain maps, it makes Country Train playable as it encourages the traitors to take risks now and again, rather than waiting and doing a mad rush right at the end.
