upcoming admin trials? i say put 3 people (you know who i mean) on trial, and after a few weeks, one becomez an admin. THe others go to the phailbox

Also we've been discussing admin trials for a while now and I've been looking for candidates for a few weeks. I'm using all positive and negative things I've seen overall and make a judgment out of that.
If you think its based on first come first serve basis you are gravely mistaken. Very important factors are however:

How active someone is.
How mature. (Does someone grief, a poor zm stuff like that)
