Giving my thought about this and what I've been told doesn't mean anything. I know what you all feel about this. Still don't get too personal. I have played with Gargantou when he first arrived to our server (I assume). Viking I have played with you several times. Just because Wilson posts almost on every ban/unban posts doesn't make him a judge. Ned decides if Viking gets a ban or not. It's good that you guys can tell Ned about it since he left the server when this happened and Ned can check the logs. No, I'm not trying to get you banned Viking. Let the admins do what they do good. Their job.

I'm aware that Viking was somewhat trolling on lost temple earlier today for which he got warned. I haven't had any issues with Viking in the past, I however do think that Viking doesn't know or understands all of the rules. Like the rule where you can only claim an isolated part of the map. Simply put, you can't claim an area if people walk through it repeatedly, it has to be a part of the map where they don't generally go and can easily avoid so they can leave you alone.

Whether Viking was clearly in the wrong here or not is rather hard to judge.

TL/DR Version

Viking: Read up on the rules, you were clearly being a douche earlier today on Lost Temple. Repeat that behaviour and you'll be met with punishment.
Gargantua: Clear RDM, 1 day banned for trying to take matters in his own hands.

Let me explain you something, Bravo was already in room, already that makes it agnist rules just go and claim the room, then shoot someone for not leaving.

Also, area you claimed is really semi-large room where you can come from stairs at CT spawn or from 3 windows with well placed jump, and you can also get there from 4th window with katana, office is small map, and people go that area all the time, reason is that it is good escape route for traitors, has overview over yard and two office hallways and you can also look at CT spawn from 4th window. This makes it perfect place for pretty much anything. Sniping, trespassing, shortcut or just look after the people . It is like Island17 tower with more ways in, it offers overview across most of the map and is usually populated.
