So what happened is i was on the server from 8:30 to 8:57 and no admins were on and these 2 RDMers came and started killing people, here are log files. I also suspect them of ghosting because they never killed each other

I personally think that we need more nighttime /Americain admins

8:30 to 8:57 American time? Which makes... 15:00 GMT +1, I think. If those times are New York  time zone times.

Oh and I think the problem with american admins will be that we can't keep an eye on em. They might do all kinds of things.
